Newport BeachNewport Beach is the quintessential beach community with eight miles of awe-inspiring ocean beach and bay. With approximately 9,000 boats, Newport Harbor is one of the largest recreational boat harbors on the U.S. west coast. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy outstanding hiking, fishing, swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and windsurfing. The activities and services are unmatched in this area and attract thousands for the well-known annual celebrations including; the Newport Beach Christmas Boat Parade, Hyatt Regency Summer Concert Series, Newport Beach Film Festival, and the Newport to Ensenada International Yacht Race. This unique seaside community is known for its myriad of “villages” offering residents countless options for housing and entertainment. They include; Balboa Peninsula, a three mile stretch of sand, boardwalk, and the famous surf and bodysurfing area known as the “Wedge.” The area of Balboa also includes the Balboa Pier, Fun Zone, and ferry service that pedestrians, bikes, and autos take to Balboa Island, where you can walk the main street lined with quaint shops, art galleries, and eateries.

The second village is Lido Marina and the residential area of Lido Isle, a neighborhood located on one of the seven islands of Newport Harbor. The marina abounds with waterfront dining, stores, and dynamic views of the harbor. Slightly south is the beautiful Balboa Bay Club & Resort, yacht brokerages, high-end auto dealerships, and a mix of retail and restaurants.

If you continue your journey south, on the east side of PCH is Newport Center, a mixed use of retail, office, hotel, restaurants, and residential apartments. Enjoy premiere shopping at the open-air coastal shopping center, Fashion Island. Chic shops, iconic dining, stunning ocean views, and water features add to the ambience of this unforgettable and unique shopping destination.

At the eastern edge of Newport Beach, you will find Newport Coast, an affluent community of primarily residential properties. The 7,700-acre world-class master-planned community encompasses the south orange county coast between Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. Developed in the 1980’s, this community has dedicated 75% of its land to open space or golf courses, and residents enjoy incredible amenities and have countless residential options from townhomes, to mansions that exude privacy and desired extravagance.
