Huntington Beach is a seaside city with a population of approximately 193,400 and is known for its 9.5 mile stretch of sandy beach, mild climate, excellent surfing, and beach culture. The climate is generally sunny, dry and cool, although evenings can be damp attributed to the marine layer caused by the cool air of the Pacific Ocean meeting the warm air over the land. This is more prevalent during the month of June.
This north county coastal community abounds with luxury properties including the established Huntington Beach Harbour neighborhood that consists of five manmade islands with waterways used for boating and embodies a blend of architectural styles. This special holiday tradition is enjoyed by those who want to get into the holiday spirit and view beautifully decorated homes and colorful lighted boats along the way. Spring is right around the corner with the annual Kite Festival that is held just north of the pier in late February and the Surf City USA marathon that attracts over 20,000 participants.
